Our prices include : accommodation, linen, towels, pool towel, consumption of water,
gas, electricity, cleaning, tourist tax, Wi-Fi.
Linen: includes a midweek change of towels and a weekly change of bed linen,
further changes on request.
Cleaning: includes a midweek reorganization, a weekly cleaning and final cleaning,
further services on request.
Daily and weekly rates refer to minimum occupancy of the apartment,
extra charge € 15/ night or € 90/ week for every additional guest (LUNA and CAPANNE only)
The number of occupants per apartment cannot exceed the maximum capacity
and must, in any case, correspond to the number of guests confirmed
at the time of booking. Any changes are to be communicated promptly to the Reception.
Pets not allowed - No smoking inside the apartments
MINIMUM STAY :
During high season apartments are rented by full weeks from Saturday to
Saturday with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Minimum stay of 3 nights during
low and mid season. Please contact us for customized offers or special requests.
CHECK IN /CHECK OUT :
Check-in from 3 to 7 pm, Check-out by 10 am
Different check-in/check-out time only on request. Extra cost might occur, please contact the Reception for information
PAYMENT :
A 30% deposit amount is requested to ensure your stay at the moment of booking.
Balance to be settled at the check-out. Credit cards accepted (VISA e MASTER).
CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation the following penalities will be applied:
a) 60 - 31 days prior to stay 30 % of the total amount of reservation
b) 30 - 16 days prior to stay 50 % of the total amount of reservation
c) 15 – 6 days prior to stay 70 % of the total amount of reservation
d) 5 days prior to stay 100 % of the total amount of reservation
Departure prior to the end of the booked stay will not be refunded.
